Custom growth project

Turn search demand into a deliberate conversion system.

Map the steps between discovery, consideration, inquiry and sales so high-intent search traffic has a clear path forward.

When to use it

Scope this separately when the opportunity is concentrated enough to deserve a project.

Growth Services sit beside managed search work rather than inside every retainer. The goal is to make scope boundaries clearer, not to create surprise add-ons.

01

Search traffic exists but the path to inquiry is fragmented.

02

Multiple offers compete without a clear progression.

03

Lead handoff and nurture logic are inconsistent.

Project model

Evidence → scope → build → verify.

01

Define the constraint

Start from the search, funnel or operational evidence that justifies the project.

02

Lock the scope

Agree the deliverables, required inputs, acceptance criteria and limits on included work.

03

Implement

Build the agreed work without silently expanding into unrelated tasks.

04

Verify

QA the output and, where measurable, reconnect it to the visibility or conversion signal that started the project.

Deliverables

What you receive.

Funnel map

A documented map of every step from first search visit to sales handoff, showing entry pages, offers, decision points and where prospects drop out today.

Offer and path design

A defined progression of offers and calls to action for each audience, so early researchers, comparers and ready buyers each have a sensible next step.

Form and handoff specification

Field-level requirements for every form, plus routing rules that say who receives each inquiry, how quickly, and with what context attached.

Nurture sequence outline

Follow-up logic for leads that are not ready yet, including triggers, timing, the purpose of each message and the conditions for leaving a sequence.

Measurement plan

The events, conversions and source fields needed to track the funnel, written so your analytics or CRM team can implement them directly.

Built funnel or implementation plan

Either the configured pages, forms and automations in your platforms, or a prioritized build plan your team can execute, depending on the agreed scope.

Timeline

Typically 4–6 weeks.

The exact schedule is set in your proposal. It depends on scope, approvals and how quickly we receive access and inputs.

What we need from you

  • Admin or editor access to your website, form tool and marketing automation platform
  • A sales or intake contact who can explain how inquiries are qualified today
  • Your current offers, lead magnets and any existing follow-up emails
  • Read access to analytics and CRM data for recent inquiries
  • One decision-maker to approve the funnel design before build
  1. Week 1

    Discovery and audit

We review current pages, forms, offers, analytics and sales handoff, and talk with the people who receive and qualify inquiries.

  2. Weeks 2–3

    Funnel architecture

We design the funnel map, offer progression, form requirements and nurture logic, then walk you through it for approval before any build starts.

  3. Weeks 4–5

    Build and configuration

We build or configure the approved pages, forms, routing and sequences, or turn the design into a detailed plan for your team.

  4. Week 6

    QA and handoff

We test every path end to end, confirm tracking fires correctly, and hand over documentation with a walkthrough for your team.

Questions

Common questions about this project.

How is a funnel project priced?

Each project is quoted at a fixed price after a short scoping call. The price depends on the number of offers, audiences and platforms involved. The quote states exactly what is included, and we do not start until you have approved it in writing.

Do we have to switch marketing platforms?

Usually not. We design the funnel around the tools you already use wherever they can support it. If a platform cannot handle a required step, we explain the gap and your options. Any change of platform is your decision, agreed in writing before we build anything.

Can we buy the strategy without the build?

Yes. A strategy-only project ends with the funnel map, specifications and a prioritized implementation plan that your team or another vendor can execute. If you later want us to build it, we scope that as a separate fixed project, using the approved design as the starting point.

Commercial terms

A scoped project—not open-ended hourly billing.

Your proposal sets out the deliverables, fixed project price and agreed labor limit. Work outside that scope requires your approval before it starts.
