AI SEO or full Search?

Which one fits

Four common situations.

You have an in-house SEO lead and need AI search measured and improved every month.

Choose AI SEO

AI SEO is built to sit beside an existing SEO program. Your lead keeps conventional SEO while we own the agreed AI-search work.

Organic growth has stalled and nobody clearly owns technical fixes, content or local pages.

Choose Sophrono Search

Sophrono Search puts technical SEO, content, local search and AI visibility under one accountable team, working from one ranked plan.

Your agency performs well on Google, but competitors appear in AI answers where you do not.

Choose AI SEO

That is the gap AI SEO targets. We work on mentions, citations and recommendations in AI answers without replacing an agency that is performing.

Basic crawl or indexation problems are still unresolved on important pages.

Choose Sophrono Search

AI visibility depends on a sound technical foundation. Sophrono Search covers crawl, indexation and architecture, so it is the better place to start.

Questions

AI SEO or Sophrono Search: common questions.

Can we start with AI SEO and move to Sophrono Search later?

Yes. AI SEO is designed for teams whose conventional SEO is already covered. If that changes, for example when an agency relationship ends or organic growth stalls, Sophrono Search can take on the broader program. Every Search plan already includes AI SEO work, so the AI-search focus continues inside the larger scope. We agree the new market definition and work plan before the change begins.

Do you guarantee rankings or AI citations?

No. Google and AI answer systems are run by third parties, and no provider controls what they rank, cite or recommend. What we control is the work. We measure an agreed question set, prioritize the gaps, make the agreed changes and measure again. That holds for both services, and each change is logged beside its follow-up measurement so you can see what moved.

How do AI SEO and our existing SEO team divide the work?

Your agency or in-house team keeps conventional SEO. Sophrono owns the agreed AI-search analysis and changes. When a page or schema change touches both programs, it has one named owner and an agreed approval path, so nothing is changed twice or missed. We set these roles with your SEO team in the first cycle, before any changes are made.

How much hands-on work does each plan include?

Both services run on monthly specialist capacity. AI SEO plans include up to 10, 20.5 or 38 specialist hours per month. Sophrono Search plans include up to 13, 25 or 50. Capacity goes to the highest-priority work that measurement reveals. In both services, work beyond the included capacity needs your approval first, so there are no surprise overages.

Decision rule

The right choice depends on who should own implementation.

Use the comparison to choose the operating model first. The exact tier comes later, after the market and scope are defined.
